Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tauroid (tauroid.dev), a service operated by Viridel Inc. (“Viridel”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Tauroid, you agree to them.
Access
Tauroid is currently available by invitation. You need an invitation to create an account, and we may limit, change or end access to the service, or to any feature, at any time.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign-in details secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@tauroid.dev if you think someone else has used it.
What you build
You keep the rights you have in the prompts, code and assets you bring to Tauroid and in the games you make with it. You give us permission to host, store, process and display that content as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people's work. Review what Tauroid produces before you rely on it or publish it; you are responsible for how you use it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tauroid to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights, including intellectual property;
- create content that is abusive, sexually exploits minors, or promotes violence;
- distribute malware, or use games or previews to deceive people or collect their credentials;
- attack, overload, probe or work around the security or limits of the service, or access it by automated means other than those we provide;
- resell or give others access to the service without our permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our service
Tauroid and its software, design and branding belong to Viridel and its licensors. Apart from the rights to your own content, these terms don't grant you any rights in them.
Fees
Tauroid is free during the invitation period. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged.
Ending your use
You can stop using Tauroid and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service; where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and a chance to export your games first.
Disclaimers
Tauroid is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Viridel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Tauroid. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use Tauroid after a change means you accept the updated terms.
